Paillard Music Box with 6 Tuned Bells

This Antique Music Box was made in Switzerland circa 1885 by the renowned firm of "Charles Paillard". It features 6 Tuned Bells which accompany the 12 Aires most effectively. It possesses a Big beautiful tone and the timing of the Bell accompaniment is perfect. It is contained in a striking Rosewood Case with matching Tulipwood and Satin wood borders to the Lid and Case-front as well an intricate Center Inlay and Marquetry design featuring instruments and flowers. The original Tune label list the 12 aires. This music box has just undergone a complete movement restoration and it looks and sounds amazing.
